It is designed to digitize and enhance existing therapy practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), providing interactive VR environments that help practitioners implement these interventions.
  • General Wellness Support
Outside of direct HCP-guided use, PsyTechVR may be positioned as a general wellness tool. In this context, it may be used to promote healthy lifestyle practices and coping skills, such as relaxation, stress reduction, and resilience. General usage framework should as:
“PsyTechVR may help individuals live well with anxiety or stress by supporting healthy coping strategies and guided cognitive-behavioral exercises.”

  • Guided Exercises
Clinicians can access VR-based exercises and exposure environments to support therapy. These are digitized tools designed to facilitate patient engagement and coping skill practice under professional supervision.
