PsyTechVR makes it easy for mental‑health practitioners, clinics, and educators to integrate virtual reality into their organization. Every subscription includes full access to the VR library, regular content updates, and training. Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans offer discounts.
If you already have a VR headset
Volume discounts are available
Private Practice plan
Ideal for private practices that want an all‑in‑one VR therapy platform. If you don’t have a VR heaset, you can purchase a $1,599 VR therapy bundle (the price includes MetaQuest 3s headset with the installed PsyTechVR app), but if you have a VR headset, you can pay $120 per month or $1,299 per VR headset.
Clinics & Hospitals plan
Hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and health systems can equip staff with PsyTechVR’s platform with the following model: If you don’t have a VR heaset, you can purchase a $1,599 VR therapy bundle (the price includes MetaQuest 3s headset with the installed PsyTechVR app), but if you have a VR headset, you can pay $120 per month or $1,299 per staff member.
Universities & Colleges plan
Universities and colleges that train future mental health professionals can integrate PsyTechVR into curricula. Institutions receive a 15‑day free trial and pay $120 per month per headset. Volume discounts are available for small research groups between 5 and 10 VR headsets that receive a 20% discount on the total package price. For orders exceeding 10 VR headsets, a 30% discount will be applied. Educational institutions committing to a 12-month subscription will benefit from an additional 10% discount on the total package price.
Discounted pricing for switching between VR providers
If your practice or organisation is migrating from another VR therapy platform, PsyTechVR offers a discounted subscription of $99 per month or $1,200 per year. This incentive applies when proof of purchase from your previous provider is supplied
