| Virtual Reality Therapy Workshop: A CBT Guide for Clinicians This 3-CE workshop, held on the 13th of June 2025, is designed to equip mental health professionals with the knowledge and skills to integrate virtual reality into evidence-based treatments for anxiety disorders, specifically treatments under the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) umbrella. This session will explore the clinical applications of VR, including how it can: ✅ enhance exposure therapy, ✅ increase client engagement, ✅ overcome logistical barriers to in vivo exposure. For All Mental Health Professionals Participants will learn evidence-based mechanisms of change, practical strategies for tailoring virtual environments to clients’ needs, and navigating ethical and logistical considerations. Whether you're new to VR or looking to deepen your clinical toolkit, this workshop offers a hands-on, accessible introduction to using immersive technology in therapy.
